We’ve worked with Lou and his team at Jump Property for a number of years, and they’ve been outstanding from day one. They consistently show integrity, communicate efficiently and are always quick to act.
Most recently, they advertised our property on a Friday, opened it on the Monday and had it rented by the end of the week. That turnaround reflects their attention to detail and strong work ethic. They don’t just throw up a listing - they use realistic photos, accurate descriptions and even a virtual walk-through, a level of presentation I usually only see for properties for sale. This gives prospective tenants an honest, transparent view of the property.
Lou is also realistic with pricing. He runs thorough reports on comparable properties and provides well-reasoned recommendations, so you know where your property sits in the market. As a result, our properties have always been filled quickly.

Kevin made the whole process easy. I had to sell an old 2 bedroom unit in Croydon Park that was still tenanted, fairly quickly. Kevin was recommended to me by a friend. Kevin made the whole process very easy - he managed some trades people to spruce up the unit and coordinated this with the tenants. He was able to do this over the Christmas period too, which was unheard of! He was always professional and provided regular updates and patiently answered all of my questions. We had 1 open inspection and I accepted an offer that I was happy with 2 days later!
